Die-hard KU fan and father of two is only the beginning of Lead Minister, Jason Whyte. Jason joined the staff at Central in August of 2008. He and his wife, Heidi, have two kids, Karsten and Chloe. Among many things that they enjoy doing together are hunting, fishing, walking and just hanging out as a family. Jason has a God-given ability to lead and bring people together in unity for one reason: to honor God. Jason and Heidi have the desire to see people come to know Jesus Christ and lead by example in the joy you can have in developing a relationship with God.

Peter Smith
Coffee-roasting, bean-grinding, book-loving, some may even say the brains of the operation is only the start of Pete Smith. Pete joined the Central staff as the Involvement and Discipleship Minister in July of 2003. Pete, having a servant’s heart, can usually be found doing much more than his pastoral duties. He is a guy who has no problem going that extra mile. Pete and his wife, Lisa have a passion for seeing people develop Godly relationships. They have four children: Noah, Asher, Brielle and Judson.

The walking sports almanac, most definitely the sane Kretzinger of the two and former Spoofhound, Sarah, is the heart of the pastoral team. After graduating from Ozark Christian College in 2005 and continuing her education with an internship at Castle Hills Christian Church, Sarah came to Central as the Children's Minister in September of 2005. Her and her husband, Adam, both have a heart for children and love to help them as they grow closer to God.
Sarah Kretzinger
Rick began working in student ministries while attending Ozark Christian College in 1999. He graduated in 2002 and started working in the full-time ministry a year later. Rick has been married to Anna, (who turned him down for over 6 months), for 5 years now. They have two boys: Luke and Levi. They plan to have as many kids as it takes to get a girl. While most men have dreams of driving a sports car, Rick’s dream is to restore and drive a 1965, 21-window, Volkswagen Samba. However, until then, he currently settles for driving a blue-smoke-blowing 1988 Mazda pick-up.

Point-counting, gum-chewing, boss of the office, Vicki, calls all the shots. Vicki Palmer joined the staff of Central Christian in October of 2000 as our church secretary. Vicki has three grown children and seven grandchildren. Besides spending time with her grandkids, she enjoys reading, gardening and fishing. She also hopes to be a sea world trainer when she grows up. She and her husband, Steven, have been going to church at Central for almost eleven years.

Randy Buckles, where do you start? This is Randy in a nutshell: Sanford and Son junk-haulin family doctor. The only man who can treat your illness and get you a buck fifty a pound for your old pinto. Randy leads our traditional worship service and has a bedside manner that goes beyond the doctor's office. He is truly one-of-a-kind and has a heart to see people's lives changed through a relationship with Christ. Randy and his wife, Patti, have 3 adult children and a 10-year-old daughter, Kelsey.
